145 High Point Road in Spartanburg,SC, was home and homefront for the Currie Family while: Clyde T. Currie,Jr.; Archie Burrell; and Loyd Lands were serving in World War II. Living in the house with three blue stars in the window were: Parents, Clyde and Ruby Currie,Sr. ; their older daughter, Dorothy Currie Burrell and daughter, Bonnie; Helen, wife of Clyde (C.T.) Currie, Jr. and son, Clyde Tracy Currie, III; Hazel Currie Lands, wife of Loyd Lands, and daughter, Rosemary.
